Why did 5 Below cancel my order? ›

There are times when an online or buy online pick up in store order may be canceled. One of the most common reasons is that when our team went to fulfill your items, they were no longer in stock. Apologies if this has happened!

Your order will be held for 3 days after you receive your "ready for pickup" email. We'll send you an email reminder the day prior to your order being canceled.

Can someone else pickup my Five Below order? ›

Orders can be picked up by the customer that placed the order, or a designate, as long as they have the "ready for pickup" email (with your order #). You do not need to “add their name” to your order.
