Hi! I love my new washer and dryer!!! What is the hole for in the center of the agitator? Lint? What is the second hole used for next to the auto smart soap dispenser? And lastly, do I need a special additional connection to connect my washer and dryer to blue tooth. It doesn’t seem to work

Washer states “tank low” but it is filled (can see detergent in tank and did not go over max line). It’s not dispensing detergent.
